Q. Does searching for candidates add time to the duration of a typical recruitment assignment?
A. Traditional Search assignments generally take significantly longer than a regular database or advertised selection recruitment assignment. It is not at all uncommon for a Search assignment to last many months. However, a major point of difference for us is the fact that our business is geared to reach outcomes quickly, often identifying and pre-qualifying talented candidates on a timeline equivalent to advertised selection (around 2 to 4 weeks from assignment brief). The manner in which we document and report our activity to clients is also a highly transparent and useful tool for clients keen to remain informed of progress, often updated as frequently as daily with time-critical vacancies.
