Q. What do you mean by “investigative methods”, and how does this apply to your recruitment efforts?
A. The investigative methods we employ ensure we are not just skimming the surface when conducting a Search. Many successful Search outcomes have involved looking beyond individuals simply performing the same role we are looking to fill. We track down people who may have moved to a different industry, traveled overseas, moved from the supplier side of business to the customer side (or vice versa), currently consulting, or maybe simply taking an extended break. Effective investigation requires a combination of the appropriate research tools and skills, along with available time and emphasis to arrive at a desired outcome.
